Q: Do the stickers have a warranty?

A: YES, we provide a 2 year limited warranty on all of our Peekers, and Slap Stickers. 

Warranty Terms:

  • We handle warranty on a case by case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy 😃 
  • We want your confidence in our products and will warranty your peeker stickers and slap stickers within 2 years from date of purchase.
  • Did you follow site instructions on sticker application and maintenance? 
    • Video available in highlights section of our Instagram page ;)
  • Our warranty will cover the rare case of fading and cracking (which we have never gotten a case for), significant peeling, and delamination, or if you are unsure of your qualification, please feel free to send us an email 📧 . 
  • If your claim is approved, you will receive a link to cover the shipping label cost, and we will swiftly send you the replacement sticker.

Q: Where is your store located?

A: We are a Denver based online only small business. We will always post our pop up locations on Instagram ;)

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders take about 1-3 business days for processing.  Domestic (US) orders take 3-5 business days with first class including tracking and international orders take roughly 14-21 business days. 

Q: Are there any DELAYS in delivery currently?

A: Modified Decals currently is operating at normal speeds, but due weather, our carrier partners and fulfillment centers could be experiencing delays. 

Q: How do I know when I will get my order?

A: Once we ship out your item, you will be emailed a tracking number, you can track the order with that.

Q: Can I change my shipping address once the order has been placed?

A: As long as the order hasn't been packed and shipped out, we can make a change to the shipping address, just contact us via email at Modifieddecals@gmail.com and let us know. If your order has already been shipped out, we will have to wait until the order is returned to us, at which point we will contact you via email to have the item resent, the customer will be responsible for the re-ship cost.

A: Customs issues and regulations are outside the control of the United States Postal Service.

  • Mailers of packages in the United States pay for postage that covers the cost of transporting and delivering packages. Customs duties and taxes are not covered in the postage fee, but are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: What is the best way to maintain the stickers?

A: The best way to maintain your sticker to ensure they last longer is to not scrub the sticker. This is typically the most common problem as when you're drying the sticker, you'll want to make sure to pat dry it down. Otherwise the edge can lift slightly over time when you wipe it. Q: How can I place a custom order?

A: The best way to place a custom order is to send an email to Modifieddecals@gmail.com with what you are looking for. It would be best to provide what your design is, the size of your design, the colors and how many colors in the design, and lastly, the quantity that you are looking to order so that we can give you a precise quote right away. 

Q: What if I need to do a return or exchange?

A: All sales are final. Please carefully review your information (name, address, and order) before finalizing your purchase.
